How to Burn Fat Faster


Here's how to burn fat faster:

Tip no. 1: Brisk Walk. Taiwanese actress Vivian Hsu does it everyday and look at how shapely and slim she is. If you find it boring, plug in your iPod or MP3 player or walk your pet in the park. Brisk walking, coupled with deep breathing, can increase your metabolism rate which in turn helps your body to burn fat faster.

Tip no. 2: Do Morning Exercise. If you exercise before breakfast, you will be burning more fat because your body does not have much carbohydrate available (after a night sleep with no eating) so it will start burning fat.

Tip no. 3: Avoid Sugary Drinks and Food. Your body burns sugar first before burning fat. You know what I mean?

Tip no. 4: Eat Your Heaviest Meal First. If you have your heaviest meal in the evening or worse at night, your body only has a limited amount of time or no time to burn off the calories before your bedtime. Any left over calories will be stored as fat. Eat your heaviest meal at lunchtime to allow activities done later in the day to help your body burn off those calories.

Tip no. 5: Honey Water. Drink a glass of honey water (preferably with lemon juice to alkalize the body for better health) in the morning to give your metabolism a boost! The higher your metabolism is, the faster your body burns fat.
