How to Get a Beautiful Glowing Skin

Another great way to get a glowing skin is to eat lots of vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water every day.

Below are some of the organic foods that can help you get that pinkish glowing skin:

Cucumber Cucumber is said to be the skin's best ally. It helps in rejuvenating the skin and changes the skin from within thus making it glowingly beautiful. To use it, slice or grind down one cucumber and squeeze out its juice. Smear this freshly prepared cucumber juice lightly on the face and neck using a cotton ball. Repeat the step 2-3 times in the span of 20 minutes after that wash the skin with lukewarm water. You can also use the cucumber to relieve your tired eyes by placing sliced cucumber on top of your closed eyes. Leave it that way for 5-10 minutes.

Avocado It is one of the most nutritious fruits on earth. Avocado leaves the skin well nourished and moisturized. You may also use it as facial mask. Mash a fully ripped avocado thoroughly and add ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Mix well. Apply this paste on your face and neck. Leave it for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off using lukewarm water or clean washcloth. Maintain your young and glowing skin with regular use of this recipe.

Banana Using this fruit with honey can give you an instant glow. Mix one tablespoon of mashed fully ripped banana and ½ teaspoon honey. Once you get the refined paste you wanted, apply it on your face. Let it dry for 15 minutes and clean skin with lukewarm water. This can be used thrice a week for best results.

Orange This fruit is not only a good source of vitamin C but can be useful to get that natural glowing skin. Combine two teaspoon of curd to the extracted orange juice. Half-sliced orange will do for the mixture. Pat the mixture on your face and leave it until dry. Allow 20 minutes for the mixture to penetrate deep within the skin and absorb the nutrients it contains. Finally wash your face with lukewarm water and pat it carefully to dry. Through regular use, you'll achieve that young and glowing skin.

Coconut Milk Fresh coconut milk can do wonders to the skin. By mixing 2 tablespoon concentrated coconut milk and 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder you can have a nourishing paste for the skin. Mix both well. Use a flat brush to apply the mixture on the face. Leave it to dry and after 15 minutes remove the pack from the skin using sponge or washcloth. This mixture pack suits all the skin tones. You can use it every other day for great results.
