Sea Eels are Good for Skin, Eyesight, Bones, and Low-Fat Diets

If you like to eat sushi, eel, and want beautiful skin and eyes, or trying to slim down, try eating salt-water eel ("anago") roll sushi.

Salt-water eels contain vast amounts of vitamin A and calcium. Its fat content is only 50% compared to freshwater eels ("unagi"). 



Between these two types of eel, sea eel is the milder, less fatty rich of the two.

The salt-water eel is considered to be especially good for improving your eyesight and skin, helping to create beautiful skin for women.
